Have you ever wondered if juices are really nutritious and worry about the fibers go for waste? It’s the main reason I avoid making such juice. But I say something is better than nothing. I have poor eating habits and at times make me feel like atleast I can have it this way. You can always mix and balance it with smoothies instead of having juice always.

ABC juice, Apple beetroot carrot juice
Equipments (Amazon Affiliate links)
Blender or mixie
- 2 apples I used green apple
- 1/2 beetroot small
- 1 carrot
- 1 inch ginger piece
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 pinch generous
Peel beetroot and carrot. Chop them roughly.
Place chopped items along with ginger in a mixie.
Blend without water and strain through metal strainer.
Again add 3/4 cup to 1 cup water and blend. Strain through metal strainer.
Squeeze lemon, mix and enjoy.
- It was not that hard for using metal strainer, it got strained pretty much fast.
- Do not grind too much to heat up the mixer. Just grind in lowest speed.

- Peel beetroot and carrot. Chop them roughly.
